Sales Representative
Job Description
To drive sales, marketing execution, and client engagement for Apex Tax and Accounting School and Harvest Training and Consultancy, in line with the 2025/2026 Marketing Plan. The Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, student enrollment, product promotion, corporate outreach, and digital campaign support, targeting both training and consultancy service offerings.
Key Accountabilities:
Promote and sell professional courses to students and professionals.
Engage prospective learners through campus events, direct calls, referrals, and follow-ups on WhatsApp and email.
Share and explain flyers, brochures, and digital course offers during outreach activities.
Assist with physical training sessions by managing attendance, ushering students, and coordinating logistics.
Help students register for self-paced and on-demand training programs, offering guidance as needed.
Promote and track sales of study materials like textbooks and revision kits, encouraging bundled purchases.
Identify and approach businesses, NGOs, and corporates to offer accounting software training and tax services.
Submit prepared service proposals and maintain a log of bids, responses, and client interest.
Conduct meetings and demos (online or physical) to explain consultancy services and close deals.
Build connections with key decision-makers in institutions to generate business leads.
Work with marketing teams to execute ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.
Contact and convert leads from digital platforms, email campaigns, and landing pages into clients or students.
Share client testimonials, sales stories, and insights to support content development for marketing.
Manage product-related WhatsApp groups, respond to queries, and re-engage inactive members.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, analyze performance, and suggest strategy improvements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Experience:
2+ years in sales, preferably in educational or consultancy services.
Proven track record of lead conversion and target achievement.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Basic understanding of tax, accounting, and business training services is an added advantage.
Ability to use WhatsApp Business, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and well-organized.
