Job Description

Job Summary: The Business Manager will oversee the smooth running of the clinic, ensuring that all departments are managed in line with agreed C-CARE standards to foster an efficient and effective service delivery system. The quality of care, both clinically and administrative is key consideration for client care including business growth of the facility in line with set budget both revenue and cost control
Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Developing and managing budgets, including forecasting revenues and expenses.
Monitoring financial performance, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
Implementing cost-control measures to improve profitability.
Strategic Planning and Development:
Setting business goals and objectives in alignment with the company's mission and vision.
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational efficiency.
Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Evaluating and implementing new business initiatives, partnerships, and investments.
Operations Management:
Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
Managing supply chain and logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Implementing and optimizing business processes and workflows.
Human Resources Management:
Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
Managing employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Developing and implementing employee policies, benefits, and compensation programs.
Promoting a positive and productive work environment and company culture.
Marketing and Sales:
Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve products or services.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Competencies
The applicant should have relevant qualifications
Good and demonstrable leadership skills and business acumen
Ability to communicate effectively with the team and to apply broader objectives at team level
Competency in resource budgeting and planning
Computer literacy especially MS Office
Knowledge and ability to use Navision
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to fore see problem and inform or advise direct supervisor accordingly.
Good and demonstrable understanding of C-CARE philosophy, vision and strategy
Good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
