CPP has built many pipelines in China and abroad, and has participated in several major projects such as the Habshan–Fujairah oil pipeline in the United Arab Emirates, the East West Gas Pipeline in India, and the China-Russia East Route Natural Gas Pipeline.

Job Description
China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as CPP) is a professional company specialized in construction for energy storage and transportation, devoting itself to delivering quality project and service thus to create wealth and value for the society.
Duties and Responsibilities
CPP is one professional design institute for long-distance pipeline engineering survey design and consulting, and one national engineering laboratory for oil and gas pipeline transportation safety.
It has mastered core technologies in full life cycle design, construction, inspection,
Maintenance and repair of onshore and offshore pipelines and storage tanks,
Design and installation of pipeline communication and automation control systems, construction of large pipelines in complex areas and manufacturing of supporting equipment,
Design and construction of LNG purification, liquefaction, storage, receiving stations,
Design and installation of oilfield surface gathering infrastructure and refining units. It has developed a complete industrial chain from planning, scientific research, consulting, survey,
Design, procurement, construction, machinery manufacturing to production and operation, maintenance, and technical support, and
Has the ability to build and manage the entire life cycle of oil and gas storage and transportation projects.

Qualifications and Competencies
Civil QA/QC Supervisor
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in progressively responsible roles related to QA/QC, with a focus on civil engineering projects within the oil and gas industry.
Advanced proficiency in using specialized QA/QC tools, advanced data analysis software, and advanced quality management systems.
Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in advanced project coordination, resource management, and advanced documentation for civil engineering projects. Dedication to the highest levels of ethics and integrity in QA/QC practices, especially in the context of civil engineering projects.
Proven adaptability and resilience in the dynamic field of QA/QC within the oil and gas industry, with focus on civil engineering projects.
Develop and execute sophisticated QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) plans and procedures tailored to civil construction projects.
Generate detailed progress reports, as-built drawings, and compliance reports to facilitate comprehensive project tracking and regulatory adherence.
