Job Description
The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi in conjunction with the Aga Khan Health Service in Uganda seek to recruit the following positions to be based at our new Medical Center Nakawa in Kampala, Uganda.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Full Time Radiologist job at Aga Khan University Hospital is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of expertise and dedication. The main duties of the Full Time Radiologist are:
To perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology.
To provide consultation and guidance to referring physicians and other health care professionals on the appropriate use and interpretation of diagnostic imaging.
To participate in quality improvement, research, teaching, and continuing education activities within the Department of Radiology and the Hospital.
To adhere to the ethical and professional standards of the Hospital and the College of Radiologists.
Qualifications and Competencies
The qualifications for the Full Time Radiologist job are:
A medical degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice medicine in Kenya.
A postgraduate qualification in radiology from a recognized institution and a valid certification from the College of Radiologists or equivalent.
At least three years of experience in a busy radiology department, preferably in a tertiary care hospital.
Proficiency in English and Kiswahili, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex cases.
