Duties and Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:
Design and regularly update the curriculum to ensure it meets current academic standards and industry needs.
Incorporate feedback from faculty, students, and industry professionals.
Teaching and Learning:
Provide high-quality instruction and learning experiences.
Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials.
Supervise graduate teaching assistants and ensure they are properly trained.
Research Opportunities:
Facilitate research opportunities and support for students.
Promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
Provide guidance on research ethics and methodologies.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student performance.
Regularly review and improve assessment methods.
Ensure fair and consistent grading practices.

Qualifications and Competencies
A University Degree - In any Management, Business, IT, Engineering Discipline
0 - 2 years experience.
Problem solving mindset, super data-driven with an analytical approach to work
Effective command of English in written and verbal communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Great interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up
