Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to provide technical advice to construction crews and subcontractors, manage projects by organizing and supervising the construction process, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction activities on site
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project goals
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions
Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence
Collaborate with the design team to resolve design-related issues
Develop and implement site-specific quality control plans
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site-specific safety plans
Manage and control site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations

Qualifications and Competencies
Understanding of electrical engineering
Leadership skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
State-issued certification or engineering license
2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
