Collection and depositing of cash at the bank or MTN Mobile Money

Planning and managing collection days, including pricing, harvest estimates, transport and weight management

Ensuring all documents related to storage, production, food safety, certification, and quality control at the factory are available, properly filled and well-organized

Active participation in and management of all aspects of production including receiving cocoa, weighing, fermentation, drying, sorting, blending and packing.
