In coordination with the Team Leader and local partners, plan, implement and monitor market development

Provide on-the-job training to junior analysts as well as participate in the delivery of other technical training within the firm.

Work with Research Team to build and strengthen the capacity of others to deliver high-quality research, analysis, publications, and documentation.

Prepare and submit timely and accurate donor reports, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and guidelines.

Ensure the ERT maintain the highest performance through regular training and refresher training as necessary.

Actively contribute to advocacy goals by tailoring knowledge management practices to align with the local context and priorities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records, including logbooks, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and insurance documentation.

Conduct regular GEM assessments. Support the pillar owners in the self-assessment process and evidence

Maintain clear and effective communication with Inventory teams, Warehouse teams and other stakeholders

Evaluate the condition of problematic plant in order to inform management timeously to establish replacement programs

Prepare high-quality M&E reports, including narrative summaries, data visualizations, and recommendations for programmatic adjustments or improvements.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor BSS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
