Coordinate with the Snr; Admin/HR Officer in managing fuel for each project to aid in effective transportation.
To ensure that all Securex vehicles are maintained/ repaired according to manufactures recommendations.
Develop supplier selection approaches and standards of the representative office and conduct all activities related to RFQ, RFP, and RFI.
Coordinate with shipping companies, customs agents, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Receive incoming shipments of goods and verify that the items match the purchase orders and delivery notes.
Increase equitable access to sanitation and hygiene services for households and schools.
Co-ordinating effectively with the grow out team leaders to ensure work runs smoothly and in a logical manner within the department.
Supports procurement of goods/services/works according to ZOA procurement guidelines
