Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Prudential Uganda in Kampala, with flexibility for remote work.
The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer interactions, market analysis, and meeting sales targets both in-person and remotely.
Qualifications and Competencies
Sales Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Communication Skills
Customer Relationship Management and Market Analysis skills
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting sales targets
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
