Job Description
The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Prudential Uganda, located in Kampala with some flexibility for remote work.
The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
They will also collaborate with other teams to develop and implement sales strategies and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Competencies
Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and contract negotiation
Customer relationship management skills, with experience in maintaining and expanding client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Luganda
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business
