Senior Accountant job at Agri Exim FZE
Job Description
Ensure the day-to-day accounting activities of the department run smoothly Write reports, daily, weekly, or monthly to the Finance and Accounts Manage as required
Duties and Responsibilities
Write reports, daily, weekly, or monthly to the Finance and Accounts Manage as required
Ensure that all ledgers and updated and accurately maintained on a regular basis
Maintain accounts and financials as per IFRS or accounting standards as well as day to day operations
Ensure that books of accounts and accurately closed by the end of every month
Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
Document financial transactions by entering account information into tally or excel as required in a timely manner
Post the journals for provisions, prepayments, forex entries and other administrative expenses as and when required in a timely manner

Qualifications and Competencies
Degree in accounts or finance related course
Work Experience
At least 5 years in a related field.
Desired profile
Good communication skills
Computer skills with knowledge in excel, tally & SAP
Good interpersonal skills
High level of integrity
Must be a team player
