Ensure Branch risk registers & KRIs are up to date, and event/loss incidents are maintained/reported as per stipulated timelines.

Coordinate and support the branches in running effective NGOs, FBOs, Associations & Professional Firms sales activations, generating leads and dealing with queries and complaints

Ensure Agents are trained on account opening at their outlets and create awareness for customers around the agent touch points about the services offered by the agent.

Receive and solve or escalate both verbal and written customer complaints as well as update complaints register.

Ensuring installation and compliance with software & hardware licensing requirements.

Support the rest of the business team through adhering to processes and procedures during day-to-day activities

Prepare monthly IFRS 17 reporting finance data and work with the actuarial team to validate and ensure accuracy.

Support the CM in preparing board papers and ad hoc financial analyses as requested by other stakeholders.

Prepare and submit annual reports to relevant regulatory bodies, summarizing the activities and decisions of the REC.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Review and track program budget(s) on at least a quarterly basis and prepare a report for the Senior Management Team;

Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating payment terms and resolving payment-related issues.
