Contribute actively to innovative solutions for monitoring and to UNHCR’s global community of practice on monitoring.

Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the project management process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.

Be able to read equipment design drawings, and disassemble/install equipment according to equipment drawings.

Develop and execute completion tool assembly, maintenance and inspection plans to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment;

Represent the BACKUP programme in Uganda and lead the project implementation in the country.

Review the credit limits of existing customers to determine if they qualify for an increase in their credit limit.

Maintain accurate records and submit required compliance reports to regulatory authorities.

Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.

Ensure the functionality of the Regulatory Affairs System (RAIS), including keeping it updated at all times

Coordinate with the Snr; Admin/HR Officer in managing fuel for each project to aid in effective transportation.

Collect and tabulate on a regular basis field data on project activities carried out as directed by the project officer and M&E.
