Actively participate on the process of stock deviations investigations and propose improvement and mitigation actions​

Conduct regular GEM assessments. Support the pillar owners in the self-assessment process and evidence

Evaluate the condition of problematic plant in order to inform management timeously to establish replacement programs

Oversee the change management process, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal risk.

Manage the Development, Delivery, Testing and Deployment of Products and Services in co-ordination with the BSS vendor.

Implementation of Internal and External Audit Recommendations, Bank of Uganda Directives and Board of Directors Resolutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records, including logbooks, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and insurance documentation.

Secures pre-registration patient data for Diagnostic Imaging Services as well as all direct admissions to the hospital.

Providing financial guidance, and delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Attends to personal needs and comfort of patients and performs a variety of other duties to assist the staff nurse responsible for these patients.

The incumbent provides social work services which extend into ambulatory settings as well as all areas of the hospital.
