Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

Depending on the internship, participate in fieldwork, site visits, or practical activities outside the office environment.

Conduct monitoring and follow-up visits to partners liaising between partnership programme staff and partners’ focal points

Develop annual fiscal year budgets with the partner finance associates and implement grant budgeting and forecasting systems.

Promote ethical standards, share best practices, organize training events, and support office operations.

Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in all operational areas by driving execution.

Collaborate with community leaders and partners to promote disability inclusion and raise awareness about disability prevention and rehabilitation

Know, understand, apply and respect HI security rules and make sure they are known, understood and applied by team.

Ensure a qualitative follow up of the beneficiaries and document the follow up according to the monitoring plan

Ensure the implementation of the project, in line with the logical frameworks and allocated budgets.

Liaise with the HI’s SRHR Technical Specialist to provide technical support and mentorship to stakeholders and project partners.

Conduct a holistic assessment of children identified by the project therapists in need of protection support.
