About the company
• The company is a start-up company licensed by the Financial Services Commission for Wealth Management (WM).
• The company aims to provide high-quality and personalized services to high-net-worth individuals and families in the African continent.
• The company will be marketing its services as a custodian of client wealth but also as an advisor and to assist in the return of wealth if needed.
• The company has a small but dedicated team of professionals in wealth management, compliance, marketing and administration.
• The company leverages the latest technology and artificial intelligence to deliver innovative and efficient solutions to its clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
The CEO will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, growth, and performance of the company.
The CEO will lead the team, manage the operations, oversee the compliance, and develop the business relationships with existing and potential clients.
The CEO will report to the board of directors and will be accountable for the financial results and the reputation of the company.
The CEO will also earn equity in the company after two years of service.

Qualifications and Competencies
The ideal candidate will have a solid background and experience in the Wealth Management sector, preferably from private enterprise companies.
The candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, business development, client service, and operational excellence.
The candidate will have a strong knowledge and network in the African market and will be able to identify and seize opportunities in the region.
The candidate will be fluent in English as a first language and French as a second language.
The candidate will be willing to bring in clients as well.
The candidate will be tech savvy, results-oriented, and a hard worker.
About the compensation
A base salary with transport and housing allowances.
The CEO will also be entitled to a minimum of 5% of the bonus pool of 15% of the net profit after tax of the company.
