Job Description
We are seeking an Odoo ERP Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enabling and optimizing the Odoo environment within our company. This role is not just about configuring Odoo; it’s about enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness by seamlessly integrating Odoo into our business processes. The ideal candidate will work to identify and resolve process blockers, ensure robust adoption of Odoo, and foster a culture of digital-first thinking and quality assurance adherence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Translate and encode internal business processes into seamless and coherent workflows compatible with Odoo ERP, version 17+.
Configure and optimize Odoo modules, particularly in purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing, to drive efficiencies across all business domains as we scale up manufacturing.
Identify and resolve blockers in business processes, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with all internal departments to transition to active use of Odoo ERP modules within a short timeframe.
Foster a culture of digital-first thinking and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards through effective Odoo adoption.
Embrace and facilitate ambitious requests from internal departments to leverage Odoo ERP for enhanced visibility into business operations and strategic decision-making.
Perform necessary ERP customizations and optimizations to meet specific operational needs.

Qualifications and Competencies
Strong communication skills, as you will work directly with all business domains.
Proven experience in delivering Odoo ERP implementations, with a focus on manufacturing and inventory modules.
Hands-on experience in Odoo configurations, testing, and deployment.
Experience in project management with the use of digital tools.
Ability to work well within a team and assist teammates in improving their workflows through Odoo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process blockers.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in scripting in at least two modern programming languages; SQL and Python are a plus.
Experience managing a range of ERP implementations.
Certification in Odoo ERP implementation.
Proficiency in additional languages besides English is an advantage.
Previous experience with quality systems and operations is a plus.
