Test network and server performance; provide network/server performance statistics and reports to ensure proper maintenance of the network/Server infrastructure.

Monitor bandwidth usage, analyze traffic patterns and volumes, determine the impact/implications of issues and thereafter make recommendations.

Develop, Plan/schedule maintenance activities and communicate standards for the use, and security of the network in a timely manner.

Come up with specifications for all new I.T. equipment for Technical Services and recording and taking proper inventory of all Network & infrastructure assets of the Bank.

Ensure that substantive Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans are in place, regularly tested and updated.

Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, network operating system problems and other LAN/WAN-related malfunctions.

Research and make recommendations on server system administration.

Resolve problems reported by end users.

Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.

Perform diagnostics of network issues.

Perform day to day operational tasks such as proactive maintenance, management, monitoring performance, incident and problem management, security, and backup and recovery across the network infrastructure.

Run End of Day, End of Month and End of year operations

Provide support for hardware and software issues.

Responsible for general systems administration tasks including system configuration management, OS installations, security updates, and urgent system patching.
