Job Description
The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi in conjunction with the Aga Khan Health Service in Uganda seek to recruit the following positions to be based at our new Medical Center Nakawa in Kampala, Uganda.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Neuro technologist/ EEG Technician is responsible for performing electroencephalograms (EEGs) and other neurodiagnostic tests on patients at the Aga Khan University Hospital.
The Neuro technologist/ EEG Technician also prepares the patients for the tests, explains the procedures, monitors the patients during the tests, and reports any abnormal findings to the neurologist.
Qualifications and Competencies
The Neuro technologist/ EEG Technician must have a diploma or certificate in neurodiagnostic technology or related field, and at least two years of experience in performing EEGs and other neurodiagnostic tests.
The Neuro technologist/ EEG Technician must also have good communication skills, computer skills, and knowledge of medical terminology and ethics.
