Job Description
Support the preparation and organisation of the office relocation process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Learning Areas
The learning area focuses on organising a major relocation process for a team of about 23 people:
Support the preparation and organisation of the office relocation process.
Taking stock and sorting office assets in preparation of the shift.
Scanning of required data that before it is shredded.
Preparation of assets classification and as well as handover documentation to partners.
Assisting staff in packing and labelling of items for the office shift.
Provide assistance with any other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Competencies
Required qualifications, competences, and experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
Professional experience
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Quick comprehension, good analytical skills and the ability to present complex contexts in a well-structured way.
Understanding/Knowledge in organising events is an added advantage.
Understanding/Knowledge in writing, editing and layout is an added advantage.
Understanding/Knowledge about working with Government and CSO partners is an added advantage.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, social sciences or a related field.
Other knowledge/skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English language (oral and written);
Self-reliant and motivated
Accurate and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Dependable, punctual and trustworthy.
