Provide strategic advice to partner institutions and organizations in Uganda, focusing on community systems strengthening and technical support planning.

Prepare terms of reference for service contracts or financing agreements and participate in the selection and supervision of contracted third parties.

Observes and aligns Contractor engagement planning and message development to minimise PAC engagement fatigue, overlap and inconsistent messaging.

Supporting project contractors and subcontractors with permitting and regulatory compliance requirements.

Support the rest of the business team through adhering to processes and procedures during day-to-day activities

Regular review of system user access rights and profiles including super user counts for all critical systems.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Provide regular forecasts (city and region level) to the Management team. Budget: Prepare, maintain, and adhere to country B2B Section budget.

Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues accordingly based on recommended food and beverage standards.

Ensure hygiene of the highest level is achieved in the kitchen. Ensure that all food items are correctly stored.
