Generate and give leads to the Branch sales team from daily transactions or engagements to support business growth.

Ensure Branch risk registers & KRIs are up to date, and event/loss incidents are maintained/reported as per stipulated timelines.

Receive and analyze customer applications for ATM cards, Credit cards and cheque books, prepare quality recommendations within set T.A.T.

Continuous follow up with branches, treasury, Trade finance, transactional banking to act on customers instructions.

Pass surgical instruments to surgeon, cut sutures, apply dressing, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.

Provide regular feedback to the Medical Officer on activity in the theater including patients' condition and progress.

Establish crop certification processes and ensure farmers meet these standards with training and support.

Work closely with M&E team to monitor project performance and ensure proper documentation, filing and success stories documented for each activity implemented.

Coordinate with the Snr; Admin/HR Officer in managing fuel for each project to aid in effective transportation.

Log all complaints received on the query management system (BOC) indicating customer and query details as required.

Plan for, develop, maintain and monitor appropriate financial systems, procedures, and controls for the company.

Monitoring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on minimizing legal risks for the franchise network.
