Coffee and Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and americanos, according to standard recipes.

• Brew coffee, tea, and other beverages, adjusting the grind, brew time, and temperature as necessary to ensure quality.

• Customize drinks based on customer preferences, such as adjusting milk options, sweeteners, flavors, or adding non-dairy alternatives.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.

• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions customers may have about drinks or ingredients.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.

Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) Operation:

• Operate the cash register or POS system to process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.

• Ensure accurate pricing, apply any discounts or promotions, and provide correct change.

• Keep track of sales, manage receipts, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.

Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.

• Wash and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment at the end of each shift.

• Keep the customer seating area, counters, and restrooms clean and tidy.
