We are a busy fast food restaurant seeking friendly and efficient waiters/waitresses to join our team! Our restaurant is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and serving high-quality food in a clean and welcoming environment.
Job Summary:
We are looking for waiters/waitresses who can provide exceptional customer service, take orders accurately, and work well in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities
Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
Operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications and Competencies
Previous waiting experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly and efficiently
High school Certificate or equivalent required
