Receive, store & distribute materials as per the approved documents.

Give Instruction to load items to customers & verify the same while loading

Daily counting of physical stock & preparing opening balance before forwarding to office.

To ensure proper housekeeping of stores

Issue goods upon approved requisitions, invoice note and delivery notes.

Take part in stocktaking or verification exercise as per schedule of management or stores.

Keeping store in order and labeling of stock for easy identification and retrieval

Manage and supervise manpower in stores

Train support/casual staff on handling and identification of materials in the store

Control Damage of materials in the store.

Ensure that the physical stocks are always tallying with the bin cards and system quantities

Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management

Adherence and enforcement of all safety rules
