Occupational health and safety through ensuring that workers wear appropriate personal protective equipment’s (PPEs) at all times.

Implement and monitor the standards (both international and company standards) of production at the estates.

Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

Lead and execute the coordination of a range of co-development partners to originate, develop, and close projects.

Ensure effective implementation and enforcement of security systems and procedures that provide a safe and secure environment for business operations in the bank.

Attend to all personnel issues during production shifts in line with company’s human resource policies and procedures;

Monitor and review best practices, methodologies and programmes in assigned areas and contribute to their promotion in Uganda.

Ensure timely packing of teas, transportation, stitching, stocking, loading, weighing, and labeling packing material.

Maintain Vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts.

Assisting in the interpretation of results and contributing to the development of treatment plans.

Report results to senior management, making recommendations for continuous improvement of the training program;
